DIY lip balm recipes

Lip balm is a lifesaver, but the stuff in the tubes can make your lips get chapped (which can get pretty gross). There are so many different lip balms on the market that it can be hard to find a balm that you really like.

Here are a few simple DIY recipes to try:

1. Orange Lip Balm

All you need for this is orange juice, coconut oil, and beeswax. For the beeswax, buy a small amount of it in bulk. Beeswax melts at a lower temperature than coconut oil, so it helps to thin the mixture.

2. Mint Lip Balm

You’ll need peppermint oil, coconut oil, and beeswax. I use liquid coconut oil because it has a stronger smell, but you can use coconut butter if you’d like.

3. Lipbalm with Honey

A mixture of coconut oil, beeswax, and honey.

4. DIY Lip Balm with Oatmeal

This is another great lip balm. It’s made with shea butter, coconut oil, cocoa butter, coconut milk, and honey.

If you don’t have a food processor, you can use a blender instead.

5. DIY Lip Balm with Almond Milk

This is a lip balm recipe you can’t go wrong with. It’s great because you can use any kind of food oil you like, as long as you stay away from essential oils (like peppermint).

I also added shea butter to give this lip balm a little more of a hold. Shea butter is great for protecting your lips and keeping them moisturized.

6. Coconut Lip Balm

For this DIY lip balm, you’ll want coconut oil, beeswax, and beeswax for a balm with more of a hold.

7. Coconut Lip Balm

This recipe is similar to the one above, but you use shea butter instead of beeswax.

8. DIY Lip Balm with Almond Oil

This is a very basic lip balm that’s perfect for any type of skin. You can add any food oil or liquid for the consistency you prefer.

9. Honey Lip Balm

This honey lip balm is very simple, and would be a good choice if you’re looking to make your own lip balm without spending a lot of money. You’ll want beeswax, honey, and shea butter to make it.

10. DIY Lip Balm with Sunflower Oil

This is a lip balm recipe that I’ve made for years. It’s great because it’s great for all types of skin and it’s inexpensive, making it a great choice if you’re looking to make a cheap DIY lip balm. You’ll want sunflower oil, beeswax, and a food processor to make it.
